We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Web site upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

Treasure Hunt participation

A valid email address and internet is required to participate in a Treasure Hunt and will be collected during online registration at https://www.thehuntfortreasure.com. By registering, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the rules and all terms and conditions.

Each Treasure Hunt will be available and active to all Members of the site that have purchased a product associated with that particular Treasure Hunt until the game of skill is completed and/or the treasure has been claimed.

Each verse/story/image or any other product with a corresponding Treasure Hunt will have a game of skill that will be solvable/decodable. This cannot be solved randomly or by chance. Skill is required to solve The Hunt For Treasure hunts.

Some Treasure Hunts will be online only and may be completed from any location and other Treasure Hunts will require a boots on the ground approach to solve/decode some of the hunt and/or retrieve the treasure.

The first person to email the correct answers and is a registered participant that has purchased a product associated with a Treasure Hunt will be declared the solver and receive the award.

Winners may be required to sign a release.

Participants agree that the sponsor shall not bear any liability for damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from participation in any and all Treasure Hunts.

The Hunt For Treasure, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules, operation, registration, or terms and conditions of The Hunt For Treasure hunts.

Participants may not re-distribute, copy, post, publish, or share any poem/short story or any other product purchased from The Hunt For Treasure.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the treasure hunts or any part of a treasure hunt at any time, for any reason, or if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the treasure hunt. If a treasure hunt is cancelled, no winners will be declared for the cancelled treasure hunt and no prizes will be awarded.

ALL CONTENT CONTAINED ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITH NO WARRANTY. Termination 

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability, and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, these Terms of Use will still apply. 

Refunds & Exchanges

All The Hunt For Treasure products and/or purchases are non-refundable. 

Severability 

If any of these Terms of Use shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition. 

Entire Agreement 

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and The Hunt For Treasure with respect to this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written with respect to this Site. A printed version of these Terms of Use and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. We Reserve the Right to Update and Revise these Terms of Use at Any Time.
